Demand does not equal open orders

Hello All,

Curious if anyone has ran across this issue where the “Total Demand” quantity showing on the warehouse does not equal the open order quantity?  If so, how did you get them back in balance?  There is no other demand to consider on these items, they are not used in a BOM anywhere they are simply buy and sell items.  We are running version 9.05.700B.

Know know it still happens in 10.  There is a cleanup process you can run to correct--”Refresh part quantities and allocations” I believe

Thank you!  Any idea how the demand quantity gets out of balance?
