Epicor Upgrade - QuickShip REST Settings

We are upgrading from Epicor 10.1 to 11.2.  As part of the upgrade we are also ungrading Manifest to QuickShip.  Part of the QuickShip install is to define REST services.  So far, everything I try to enter for the Server comes back with “The settings failed a test connection, please correct and try again.”  I have worked for 3 days with support and they are not coming up with a solution.  I am questioning if the problem is the server setting or the version of QuickShip.  Does anyone have QuickShip installed with Epicor 11.2?  The version of QuickShip we are upgrading to is 5.5.0.2704.

We are on Epicor 11.2.700.26 and using Quickship 5.3.0.2401 and it works great.

I know we have to upgrade Quickship, but now am questioning it.  please keep this updated if you try an earlier version and get things to work ok.

@alaven is your QuickShip in the cloud or On Prem?  If On Prem can you share your REST setup with me?  We are having issues figuring out what it expects for the server parameter.

We are on prem.

IN QUICKSHIP :

REST service settings

Server is our AppServerName.ourdomain/EpicorDbName

username: manager

@alaven is this the same as what is showing in the bottom right side of the screen when Epicor is open? That part of my screen starts with Server: https://E*****/E11**

where the E***** is the full qualified server name (contains our domain also) and E11** is the database name.  I have tried stripping the https:// off that line and using our manager user and password and it isn’t working.

yes, the same as what is in the bottom right on the Epicor screen is what works for us.
Have you tried an earlier version of Quickship in case that is the issue?  I know 5.3 works with that setup.

@alaven no but I will as soon as I get finished with what I am working on.  Thank you for your help!!

would love to know if that works!

I will let you know - hopefully I get to that after lunch.

Userlevel 2

We have Quickship on Prem, on the latest release of QuickShip 2022.2.7 and Kinetic 2022.2.4.

Our Rest Settings in quickship:

Server: servername.domain.com/EpicorERP  (no https)

E10 User name: Manager

Thank you for the help!  This proved to point us to the problem.  QuickShip 5.5.0.2704 is not compatible with Epicor 11.2.100.  Once support came to this conclusion (with this help!) they lead me to install 2022.2.7 which immediately connected to REST services.
