Hi gentlemen,
Let me introduce myself, I am the interconnector of one of our big customers in Quebec.
Our client uses the Epicor ERP and he would like to make the interconnection between his ERP and the Avaya IP Office telephone system. I did some research but there doesn't seem to be any Dev Connect or even documentation about it.
The objective is to have the basic functionality of the connection between the ERP and the telephone system such as the popup screen.
Do any of you have some experience in this area and could help me line up for the client?
