Is there a way to Schedule a SSRS Report or any Report with month end close, so that each time we close a month , Report run and send to the chosen group ?

The way have our Month End Close setup is on a schedule and we utilize a Process Set to run all of our needed processes and reports in sequence. This contains our WIP Capture and necessary subledger reports. Ours is scheduled to run at a specific time each month but if you run yours on demand you can also still utilize a Process set and run it as needed.
Yep, we do it just like the poster above. We have 25 reports which run at the end of the fiscal period. They’re all added to a process set, using the dynamic date value of “Today”. This process set is then scheduled to coincide with the start of each fiscal period (which, unfortunately, is not always the last day of the month).
