- How long have you been using the Epicor maintenance module?
- Do you feel you are getting what you were presented in the beginning?
- Would you purchase the module again?
- How would you rate response time from Epicor for technical assistance? Hours? Days? Weeks?
- How would you rate the process for adding assets to the system? Intuitive? Cumbersome?
- Users least favorite part of the module?
- Users favorite part of the module?
- Are work orders easily re-opened if needed?
- Are you using bar-coding or RFID? If so are you satisfied with it?
- How much training time did you need for your end users?
