I am confused by an entry in field help for the Project Level Invoicing Method. Help says:
If advanced billing is not licensed the only options are CS and MB.
I can’t find a licensing entry for “Advanced Billing” to know if the client has it or not. There IS an entry for Project Billing and it is check marked. Are these one and the same?
