I’ve noticed, as of K22, the Application Help from E10 is now titled Classic User Interface Help and now that I’m using the Kinetic Home Page I have discovered how to access that content.
When I attempted to access it online at https://help.epicor.com/erp/102700/enu/standard/snm_enu.htm?Version=3.2.700.0 it lands OK but when I click any content, I get the “Unable to Load Online Help” message saying it requires an active Epicor ERP session. I happen to have one, but it’s not recognized unless it’s launched from within the application. So THAT lil loophole’s been closed.
But at the bottom of that error message is the suggestion to press F1 in the application, and that still works. So from the Kinetic home page, if you’ll press F1, there’s the ole Classic UI help, as semi-searchable as ever, arranged nicely in parallel with the K22 menus, in addition to all the huge number of other help features!
