AutoUpdate - Local File Header is Corrupt

The Epicor client is trying to update.  It references a .zip file and while extracting files it stops (different files each time)  and says a local file header is corrupt.  I have changed the permissions on the whole Epicor sub-tree and all child objects for full control but that is not working this time.

Once upon a time I believe I had to delete everything under the Epicor root folder to resolve something like this but it has been a long time and then it was on-prem and not Cloud.  I have to think this is a known issue and there is a procedure to get around it.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
-Todd C.

Based on feedback from other people who have had this I tried repeatedly opening Epicor and each time it seemed to get a little farther before the error.  Eventually after 15-20 attempts it ran all the way and I was able to get in to Epicor.
