BAQ Calculated Field - Current Time

I’m finding old 8.03 conversations but nothing recent like E10, to display the current date and time, or just the current time, in a calculated field of a BAQ.  There are conversion operators that appear to have this function, but for the life of me I’m not finding a way to display the hours, minutes, and seconds of the current time.

It doesn’t help that there is not a calculated field format that just says “time.”  The only thing I can get to display is a number like 40372.
