We are on 10.2.500.35 and the Help menu is not accessible for anyone but me it looks like. I have the Company Maintenance url setup the same as what the KB0046362 (https://help.epicor.com/102500) shows for our version but get the
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
Not sure how long this has been going on since I use it with no issues. Please advise what I have to setup differently on our system so all users can access the help screen
