To all finance users
I have just been looking at the Kinetic netting functionality, used to contra AP and AR transactions. This could be really helpful but actually creates new AR and AP transaction records with legal numbers.
If you use legal number controls in AP and AR or use AR debit notes then this is would cause you issues.
If you agree, please could you support by Epicor Idea 2180 which suggests using an adjustments dashboard instead to contra between AP and AR?
