I tried to run the “Allocation Queue Process” which is supposed to automatically allocate sales orders. I enabled this in the site config and created an allocation template, but it doesn’t work.
Anyone have any success with this?

Are you following this process flow from the Epicor Help? If you’re on a laptop, and you’re going to Insights next week, remember that tons of experienced people from Epicor will be in the Solutions Pavilion and can help you get this going! Also, when you did the allocation queue process, did you look in the System Monitor to verify that it ran without errors?
