Is anyone using the Positive Pay portion of the AP module or are you creating your own export file to send to the bank?
I have my own utility that I wrote for accounting to export to our bank for positive pay.
We are using Positive Pay and have for a couple of years. We use the standard Bank of America version of the report.
Userlevel 2
We made a modified version of the check register in the format our bank needs, and manually upload it to Chase Bank.
Userlevel 3
We have implemented this for a few customers.
We created a BAQ then placed it on the menu. This creates a csv for review prior to loading to the bank.
We have been using it for about 2.5 years. I took the Generic C# file and altered it for what our bank needed. We then manually upload to the bank.
