Has anyone used Veits Group or Encompass for Epicor customization or report writing? We are looking for external resources to help offload some work along with possibly providing additional training if needed for our internal resources on these topics. Anyone have any good or bad experiences?

We have used Encompass in the past too. We did not use them for customizations or report writing, but we used them for various consulting engagements and they are very responsive and professional.
