We had an issue with our GL and received a fix from Epicor. The fix worked great, except that now all of our balances at the end of 2021 are no longer rolling into 2022.
When I go to the “Transfer Opening Balances to Next Year” screen, no matter what combination of selections I choose, I cannot get the “To” year to show as 2022 (see screenshot below).
I’ve tried a few things:
- Running Verify Balances
- Reopening all of the 2022 periods in the system and then going back to Transfer balances.
- Letting it run from 2021 to 2023 in the training environment.
Anyone have any thoughts? This seems like it should be so simple!
