Kinetic 22 and 10.2.700 with WinForms (classic) screens
Has this happened to you?
I’m clicking along in K22 or I’ve seen it happen on 10.2.700 as well, using my WinForms screens and getting things done. I search for an order, customer, anything really, and pull in a search result, and most of the time it works normally but sometimes, maybe twice a day, all my Epicor screens turn a washed-out gray color, with the print only a slightly darker shade of gray than the background, causing everything to become hard to read. I can close the screen, reopen it, to no avail. Exiting the software and starting it again, brings me back to normal.
When I’m in the broken, gray-on-gray state, if I select grid contents and Copy To Excel, even the resulting Excel sheet shows the light-gray print with a slightly lighter gray background.
