We had an issue with our GL and received a fix from Epicor. The fix worked great, except that now all of our balances at the end of 2021 are no longer rolling into 2022.When I go to the “Transfer Opening Balances to Next Year” screen, no matter what combination of selections I choose, I cannot get the “To” year to show as 2022 (see screenshot below).I’ve tried a few things: Running Verify Balances Reopening all of the 2022 periods in the system and then going back to Transfer balances. Letting it run from 2021 to 2023 in the training environment. Anyone have any thoughts? This seems like it should be so simple!
