Sending Emails from Epicor to customers and suppliers

Hi everyone, this is Sandy Hisey.  I lead the IT group at Designtex.  We went live with Epicor 10.1.600.4 on 2/25/19 and have been working to stabilize since.   We are struggling with 1 issue in particular that I thought others might have some experience with.   We use email to communicate our Order Acknowledgements; Shipment Notifications; Purchase orders to suppliers; etc…from Epicor to our partners (customers/suppliers, etc).   And we are finding that the emails are not being sent consistently.


Currently we utilize the breaking/routing capability on all of our forms that we send from the system. We utilize both BPM's and service connect to send the emailed documents from the system depending on the form. We are currently seeing inconsistency between what is being sent from the system versus what isn't. Would anyone have any suggestions around the best way to architect / design the automation of emails leaving the system? In addition is anyone aware of any monitoring tools that we could use to track all documents leaving the system?
