Selling into Puerto Rico and managing the associated sales and use tax issues

Hello all!

Is (or has) anyone in our regional group selling into Puerto Rico and managing the sales and use tax issues that are associated with doing so?  If you have, would you please reply, either online or offline, to let me know?  I would like to discuss how you decided between being obligated to collect and remit sales taxes and being obligated to notify and report purchasers regarding use taxes.
