We have a inhouse created dashboard with 1 BAQ, 1 Tracker. Many users use this daily, 1 person can not see anything on the dashboard (no data) . The dashboard does open.
Does this user have different security groups assigned to their user than the others who CAN see data?

Are the records sales-related? If so, have you established territories and created work force IDs with multiple authorized users?

Can the person run the BAQ behind the dashboard, and if so, do they see data when they run the BAQ?
If they cannot see any data running the BAQ, you might need to look at Field Security on the table(s) the BAQ is pulling from.
