I’m looking for some advice, guidance, input on integrating Zendesk with our on-prem Epicor 10 ERP.
Specifically curious on the capabilities of pulling in customer information, billing, serial numbers from Epicor into Zendesk.
If anyone has any experience with this, I would appreciate any insights that can be shared, and what middleware platform was used.
