I know its a simple question, but how do you eliminate or limit duplicate lines in a BAQ Report?  It has been a long time since I created one, so I do not remember the solution.   I am trying to create a stock value report show breakdown of all inventory with std. material, labor, burden, for the quantity (UOM) on the floor.   I am getting several duplicate rows for items.

For the “group”, google “ssrs group tablix”.

I missed this is a BAQ report, you can modify your BAQ subquery to be distinct.  I believe that is under query options and you can specify that you want distinct rows.  That will be the easiest solution most likely.

Thanks, but none of that “group”, “distinct” or Tabilix means anything to me.  I am not a programmer.

You can either create a “group” on the report to eliminate duplicates, or modify the query by putting in a “distinct” so that it eliminates duplicates.  If you aren’t using a Tablix, then distinct is the route to go.
