We were just informed that our current version of QuickShip will lose functionality at the first of next month. This is very little notice. We are being encouraged to upgrade to QuickShip Cloud. The migration team is working at least two weeks out. We haven’t received a SOW from Epicor and are about a week away from End-of-Month which includes are greatest shipping days of the month. We’d like to contact DHL API and request an extension. We’ve created a help desk ticket, searched the web and have reach out to every contact we can think of but nothing is giving us a contact. Does anyone have contact information for this group?
