We are in the process of implementing Epicor CRM, we run v10.1. I have a few questions:
- We’ve been running Epicor as our ERP for many years and have an extensive amount of data. This seems to slow down the “Salesperson Workbench”, any suggestions here?
- Our Sales Force has specific Accounts vs. a Geography, any suggestions when setting up the “Territories” function that drives Tasks and Task Sets?
- As a Sales Manager, I think I want to establish Tasks and Task Sets around our basic processes. However, I don’t want to slow the process and everyone down w/ checkboxes and etc. Any recommendations on this challenge?
