Hi All,

How do others manage Customer owned materials?

For example we buy materials for a build, including any excess (MOQ’s) when the Customer pays for the goods and the MOQ’s we want to transfer the excess materials to Customer owned.

Does anyone have an automatic process for this, or do you manage it manually?

 

Any insight into how others handle this would be greatly appreciated.

We manage it manually. We have some generic customer owned material parts. We make them STD cost $0 items, so it does not mess with inventory values. We tend to manage them outside of Epcior. Not ideal.

If you come up with a better solution I would be interested.
