Is there any other companies using Epicor Financial Planner, We implemented about a year ago and have daily issues with performance, Dashboards give a loading icon but doesnt actually load, Blue loading bar hitting 90% and stops responding. Only way to resolve is to refresh and it works again.
We have raised multiple tickets and as expected their support desk wants details, when it happens with key presses. issue is you cant repeat as when you refresh it works. My users are now just hitting refresh whenever it happens and are living with the problems.
Anyone else experiencing this with EFP?
