Urgent planning lead times- using this function with vastly different lead times with 2 suppliers.

Hi, Does anyone have any experience in using the urgent planning function? I want to add 2 suppliers for the one part (dual source) but vastly different lead times for each supplier. Also I would like to have different min order qty for each supplier and ability to run Mrp suggestions to pick up on each of these demand points based on lead time and min order qty and lock date to prevent a change suggestion on p/o’s placed with primary supplier.
