Attachments - Changing Server

I am trying to clean up some obsolete attachment file paths that point to old servers in E9 using DMT.  But I know I saw a feature in E10 for doing exactly this.  So I think it might be better to wait a few weeks and update the locations after we get to E10.  But now I can’t find where this was.  I looked  at all the options under Document Management (in System Management) but I am not seeing it.  Anyone know where updating the file server path can be done?
