We are upgrading Bartender and ran into an issue in testing. When trying to print the label it shows no data with an error of unable to find the data set for the field. Does anyone know if we are missing a step? The integrations are mirrored to the current server.
Just wanted to say I got stuck on the same or a similar issue. I didn’t find a solution, but maybe didn’t pursue it far enough. I didn’t contact Bartender support but did some looking through the support portal….
Maybe make sure you bring over any mapfiles (if using them), also if the path changes, the .btw may need to be updated with the new path.
