Cannot update the shipping line

The error on the print pack slip screen indicates an issue with the report style. Are you using SSRS or Crystal for the Multi-line label report? I would look to make sure the report is available and can be found. I do know that if you are working on a Crystal report in E10, it locks the report so that it cannot be used while it is open in Crystal.
Do you have any errors listed on the System Monitor that are providing more information?
