Case Entry Published Text

I’m not sure I entirely understand how the public view published text from case entries, not from how it is described in the help guide anyway.

Can anyone shed some light on how the public view this text, is there a report with this info on etc.?

This information is available through the Knowledge Base Inquiry screen so that users can look for similar issues in past cases and the possible resolution of them.

Form the tests that I’ve run though it looks like both the resolution text and the published text display on the same screen, whereas I would have thought there would be some where that only displayed the published text, not the indepth resolution text?

You can restrict access to the different areas via the Security setups - so some users can see both and others can see only one or the other
