We are in the process of uplifting out classic dashboards to kinetic and some have multiple BAQs with publish and filter, and it appears it is not working.
Did we loose that functionality, or am I missing something?

You may well have to do some work in Application Studio to get this working as you would like - if you have access to EpicWeb, I would suggest that you download the Kinetic Application Studio User Guide as this contains a section on modifying dashboard after they have been converted
