Hi,
We have just recently started using the Cycle Count functionality within Epicor 10.2.400, and we have one part that was selected in a previous cycle, but shows as “Not posted”, and now will not pull into a new cycle. When I try to add the part in Cycle Count Part Selection Update, I get an error message stating “Part is already assigned to active cycle count cycle”. However, that cycle count is marked as Complete, so I cannot make any changes to it. Does anyone know how I can get this cleared so we can count this part? I appreciate any help!
