Our E9 DMT is not giving users access permissions to the same modules as in E9 itself. Any ideas?
If i have disabled a menu option (Order Entry) as we use a customised version of it, would this be the reason?

It was that, i had completely forgot we were not using the out of the box menu option for Order Entry.
Yes it could be. DMT generally enforces menu security.
It would be worth enabling it on a test system and testing.
