We are working to clean up our Customer contacts.
I can’t seam to get the inactive field to update using DMT.
The DMT has no errors and appears to complete, however, the field does not change.

The template is
Company
CustNumCustID
ConNum
Inactive
If I add ShipToNum field and leave blank as I only want to mark the Customer Contact record inactive not the Ship To Contact, I get this error.
Customer: ERACHEM Contact: 3 Column 'Company, CustNum, ShipToNum, ConNum' is constrained to be unique. Value 'ADV, 2, , 3' is already present.

I also noticed the Inactive field in the Customer Contact screen is the same filed name in the Customer Ship to contact screen.
Any suggestions?
