When time is captured for an employee either via time entry or via MES these actual hours are logged as Booked hours. The booked hours are then compared to the work hours (what the employee is excepted to work. The difference is then reported. However the difference shows incorrectly for the employee. Example
Two time entries were entered, 8 hours of production and 3 hours of indirect work, summing to 11 hours for the day against Work hours of 8. However as an employee Epicor then reports a difference of Minus - 3 hours that the employee has not worked enough for the day -3 hours under 8 - 11 = -3 where it should be 11 - 8 = 3.
