We have the maintenance module and it appears that the downtime function applies to the employee and not the equipment. If you use downtime you basically lock out that employee until it is done and that is hardly ever the real world case.
Does anyone have any best practices for capturing machine downtime they are currently using that they wouldn’t mind sharing? I would want to capture both production equipment and non production equipment such as forklifts.
