We are currently running on Quick Ship 5.4. We are experiencing a problem with FedEx (truck) LTL shipments. We do have the FedEx API module for Quick Ship. When we try and create a customer shipment entry using our existing parts, we are getting an error about our parts Weight(s). I did confirm with Quick Ship that the FedEx LTL portion of the module is rather “picky” and that you need accurate net weights on all your parts. Since I have no weights on my 90,000 part(s), I was hoping to group them in some from, and update them in mass. The problem I am running into is that I cannot get confirmation from either FedEx or Quick Ship, on how accurate the weights need to be. I am concerned if we are to liberal with our weight calculations, I will have an issue.
Anyone having success using FedEx LTL via quick ship?
