Dear Kinetic Customers,

As many of you know, as part of our release cycle, we have a group of volunteer companies who participate in the Controlled Release (CR) program.

While we have had a successful past with this program, we are looking to expand and adjust the program going forward to make it even more efficient than before. But to do that, we need your help. We need a few new additional candidates to participate in the program.

What do you get?

• Early access to the next version of Kinetic (2024.1)
• Special access to Technical support to resolve 2024.1 issues during the CR program
• Early access to Feature Preview videos that describe the changes.
• Early access to documentation and special help

What does Epicor get?

• A group of customers who have run Kinetic 2024.1 through the paces in their own environments, testing with their own data.
• In the end: a better software release.

What makes a good candidate?

• You must be willing to run the new version in a test (non-production) environment, testing out the new features that were added in 2024.1.
• You must be willing to attend regular meetings with other CR customers, sharing experiences, issues and successes
• You must be on a more recent version of Kinetic (preferable to be 2023.1 or beyond)

Depending on the quantity of applicants, we may not be able to accept everyone, but we want more than we had before. If you are interested, please send me an email. Put hashtag “#CR2024.1 Candidate” in the subject line, and provide the following information:

• Your company name
• Your Site ID
• Your Name, email and phone
• Names, emails and phones of others from your company who may also participate in the program.
• Your software version
• Your deployment (On-Prem, Cloud, Gov cloud, Enterprise, etc)
