Manifest log to verify freight charge?

Hello,

We seem to have issues every now and then with our Manifest, specifically when charging UPS Blue shipments. It is charging the customer a higher rate that UPS Published rate.

Is there anywhere I can see the actual call and result and to see what specific parameters were used? For example, UPS Blue and UPS Blue early AM are different rates. How can I find out what specific rate was used?
