As a publicly held company we go through many audits. There was a report in Epicor (we are cloud and now that old report is no longer available) which used to work well for our audits. One of the things it did was where you had customized a menu for explicit allows it did not show the “old” inherited menu values. This new report shows everything, resulting in over 115,000 lines of information. When launching a ticket with Epicor they advised this is the only thing available and is working as designed, even when I told them about the “double reporting”. It will take me forever to go through any export and clean it up to reflect reality of our security. We assign users to groups, then groups to menu items and do not assign by individual.
Does anyone out there have anything that actually works like the older report, or at minimum reports the security accurately? Thanks!
