I’m being asked to add a part number reference to the corrective action form. I’m guessing that’s not a great option as you can associate a corrective action with a nonconformance & DMR which has the part number but I wanted to check with other organizations to see what they are doing to categorize corrective actions by part number. Please advise any input you may have. I would appreciate it.
