We are looking to use PCID to stock items in ea as we produce them, and they are a standard length in ft.
The part number is a UOM Class with a conversion of FT to Ea.
We sell them in UOM Ft.
All of this works just fine.
Now as we start to introduce PCID, we cannot ship them. The customer shipment entry will not allow us to add them to the Pack ID. We get an error “Unit of measure not found for Class:EA UOM:FT”
We have raised a ticket with Epicor - just wondering if anyone else is doing something similiar without any problems.
