Resource Scheduling Board Classic 10.2.500.35 Error

We have 1 resource scheduling board we cannot access. When resource id entered and try to launch we get a "Build Resource Line" application error. All other resources are fine and launch as expected

Error detail shows message - Nullable object must have a value

Client Stack trace references "1.ShouldRethrowNonRetrayableException

Error on 1 resource board

 

Any Ideas on the issue? I’ve rescheduled jobs thinking maybe an op start date got funky but nothing has helped

Couple questions…

  1. Is it a new Resource?
  2. Has this Resource always done this, or is it new behavior?
  3. Have you re-generated Shop Capacity lately?

Also, this is a specific error message which means you might be able to open a case and get a quick answer from Epicor.

Don’t know that I have a specific root cause but we had a material purchase direct to the op and had to unissue and re-issue. That worked for a day and then yesterday user unissued again to stock, unchecked the Purchase Direct and the Make Direct and re-issued to job again. So far scheduling hasn’t come back with any issues on the machines.

We had some qty changes on job and a receipt for the material so depending on timing it may have got corrupted
