Has anyone managed to use a customisation to alter the row/job height in the schedule tab within Multi Resource Scheduling Board so that it remains fixed at the height you require?
You can use the magnifying glass to increase/decrease row height, but we don’t want our users to have to do this every time they go into the screen. We have tried to get it how we want it and save as a customisation or personalisation but neither work, each time you open the screen it goes back to default settings.
I’d also be interested to hear if anyone has managed to get the date view to change as well, the default seems to show 3 weeks of the schedule, it would be useful if we could customise this.
