Epicor 10.2
Is there a way for Epicor to calculate the sick pay hourly rate at a % of regular hourly rate? For example, if we pay sick hours at a rate of 50% of regular hourly rate. Employee A’s rate is $30/hr, so they would be paid $15/hr for sick hours and Employee B’s rate is $20/hr, so they would be paid $10/hr for sick hours.
Any insight?
