Subcontract PO Line Qty Greater than Job Op Remaining Qty Warning

Periodically, a purchaser will order more quantity than remains on a job’s subcontract job operation. How can we warn the purchaser that their order quantity is exceeding the remaining job subcontract quantity?

In the Purchase Order Entry form, I tried creating a rule in rule wizard, but I could not figure out how to retrieve the job operation remaining quantity (which I think is RunQty - CompletedQty) in order to compare it with the purchase order line’s order quantity.
