A part was transferred from one warehouse and bin to another. The transaction is clearly visible in part transaction history, but the quantity transferred still shows up in the original warehouse and bin. I have already run Refresh PartBin QOH from PartTran, Refresh Part Quantities and Allocations. Support had me run Conversion 1420.
Still waiting on support to get back to me, has anyone run into this before or can you suggest anything else to try to resolve this issue?
