User has NO custom dll files

Hello, I have a particular user who cannot access any of our custom dashboards.  when I browsed to her Shared/CustomDLLs folder we found that it is completely empty.  I may be able to copy my own DLLs and load them into her folder but I worry she wont’ get updates or new dashboards.  what would cause this ?

 

we are Public Cloud on 10.2.700.8
