We would like to use the Project functionality with our Service Calls\Jobs but we have never been able to figure out how to get the Service Call to work with the Project so we can invoice. We can link the Project to the Service Call by choosing it in the Service Call, but in the project where you choose Sales Order, etc there isn’t an option for Service Call. So we don’t seem to be able to tie the revenue related to invoicing and Finance like we do with Sales Orders. The project jobs collect the costs so that works fine, it is just the Revenue side. I think we can link the Field Service Job to the Project, but again that doesn’t help with the Revenue side of things. Just wondering if we are missing something, we have looked at this in 9.05, 10.1.400 and now in 10.2.700?
